Majesty Shipping & Return Policy

At Majesty Padel, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are happy to assist you.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain items such as gift cards, customized products, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return

  • You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. Majesty Padel is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

  • Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will include the cost of the product but exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for items within the 14-day return period.

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is no longer available, a refund will be offered.
